The difference is that Coles 4038 ribbons where used on the Russell, and various condensers (Schoeps, Neumann, few others) were used with LAGQ. My bedroom studio is made of cement block which makes for an excellent chamber. Trail runs so far, double-mic stereo thru FX(including reverb) sound magical. You wouldn't relate to them as flamenco pieces though.
